Dance of Daggers

Okay, so I decided I wanted to do a better picture of Yamura, so of course I did, and this time she has her weapons, I don’t care how awkward they look, she’s supposed to have a really unique talent with her custom-made weapons so there! lol, just kidding! But no, honestly…

Well, in truth, Yamura isn’t much of a smiley character (that’s right, I worked on her character a little bit) She’s mostly reserved and serious but isn’t opposed to laughing or anything like that, she’s just kinda mysterious, that’s all. She’s a 19-year-old bounty hunter and a mercenary in times of war (which is rare, but there are certain occasions). Yamura has no memories of either of her parents, she was raised in a foster home (nice huh?) and Yamura intends to eventually find out what happened to her parents or if they just left in her journeys as a mercenary/bounty hunter.

Yamura’s Home: Yamura lives on a different floating continent than that of Kita, Yamura’s continent is more or less a floating city with two main larger land pieces and several other’s branching off of them. This island is possibly the most technologically advanced of the islands, making this the specialty of the island in trade with other islands. The majority of the inhabitants’ occupations of this island include bounty hunters, craftsmen (weaponry, wings, armory, etc), and healers.

Other stuff: Umm, the pose may have been inspired by the fact that I was listening to the Dirty Dancing: Havanna Nights soundtrack which may explain the dancy-ish pose, I’m overall very happy with the pic, the only thing that bugs me is her left hand (our right), it’s too small, oh well, enough of me.
